Who I am

This website is run by Munna Ghimire, Reading, Berkshire. I am the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact me at munna.rijal@gmail.com or on 07411 137921.

What I collect

When you send a booking request, I collect your name, email address and chosen session, and optionally your phone number, preferred date and time, whether you'd like an in-person or distance session, and any message you write. I don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website. The fonts, scripts and video are all hosted on this site, so no data is sent to Google, YouTube or other third parties when you visit.

TikTok and WhatsApp

The TikTok videos on the home page only load if you press “Show Munna’s latest videos here”. TikTok may then set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. If you message me on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its privacy policy.

Health information

Before a session, I may ask about your general wellbeing so I can make the session safe and comfortable for you. This is special category data under UK GDPR. I collect it only with your explicit consent, keep it confidential, and use it only to provide your treatment. Please don't send detailed health information through the website form.

Why I use your information

I will never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for up to 6 years after your last session (to meet insurance and tax record-keeping requirements), then securely deleted.

Who I share it with

Your enquiry is delivered by email through my website host, Hostinger. I don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me at munna.rijal@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
